The receptionist wouldn't let me know with my mobility scooter and kept pointing to a sign.Once I finally was let in she tells me that everyone needs t@eds to show a blue badge - you don't need a blue badge for a mobility scooter!Also she claims that this is a
new policy to which no one has been informed so@ed so you can't throw hand signals through a window for anyone to understand! Again! You don't need a blue badge for a mobility scooter! And the wait time@ time was ridiculous! Over an hour and it's not

Needed to take medication last year for three months, ending end of December. Got a call last week from your practice to renew my subscription. Said I wa@ I was not taking it anymore. Was told that I should have continued. That you received a letter from Kings to renew, that I should have continued. This got me@ot me worried because at Kings I was told otherwise. As I was sure I was correct I said I did not want to take the medication. Was told that that was up to th@to the pharmacist to decide. I then got a text with a phone appointment. Got another text with the same date but this time asking to come to the practice. I g@. I got a call at the specific time and argued with the pharmacist who kept insisting I should have continued with the medication. I asked them
what the date @date of the letter from Kings was. It took her a while going through my file looking up any correspondence. Finally she found it and it said I should only tak@y take the medication for three months. So I was made to worry for nothing. Also, why contact me on July if the prescription ended in December the previous ye@us year? Should not some sort of check up happened in January at the latest. Especially since I had two blood transfusions and a PE? To me this comes across a@oss as lack of interest in your patients and lack of organisation. @ion.
